Wife educated than him, could not tolerate her making money, crucial information surface in case of chopping of woman's palm

PATHANAMTHITTA: Some crucial information has surfaced in the incident of a man chopping off his wife’s palm in Kalanjoor. The health condition of Vidya (27) of Pathanamthitta has improved. Her palm was stitched back through a surgery.

Her husband Santhosh had tortured her earlier also. Santhosh did not like Vidya making money by taking tuitions and she was also educated than him. The locals said that he was suspicious of her and had attacked her when he came for the naming ceremony of their son.

Vidya later filed a case for divorce. He had called Vidya a week ago seeking the custody of their son. He attacked her when she was not ready for it.
