Student falls to death from flat in Kochi

KOCHI: A student died after falling from a flat in Thevara. The incident took place at a flat near Thevara Ferry at around 11 pm last night. The deceased is Neel Jose George (17), son of Navy officer Cyril Thomas.

The student, who fell from the top floor of the flat and got serious head injuries, was rushed to the hospital by his parents and brother, but his life could not be saved. The information was then reported to the police.

The body is kept in the hospital. The police reached the spot and took further action.
