Only two percent of medicines in the country undergo testing; doctor makes shocking revelation

The World Health Organization recently released a shocking report about cough syrups for children manufactured in the country. It warned that some of the cough syrups exported from India contained certain ingredients that can be fatal to the kidneys. Now, Dr Sulphi Noohu has shared shocking information regarding this issue.

Taking it to Facebook, dr Noohu opined that our state and country are becoming a world of fake/ adulterated medicines. The lack of mechanisms to ensure the quality of medicines is the reason behind the high level of adulteration in medicines. He also said that only two percent of the drugs sold in the country undergo proper testing.
