ISL opener; goalless first-half in Kerala Blasters vs East Bengal FC match

KOCHI: After the first-half of the opening match in ISL, Kerala Blasters FC and East Bengal remained goalless. Although both teams got several chances, they were unable to score a goal. East Bengal FC dominated at the beginning of the match.

KBFC goalkeeper Prabsukhan Gill did a save at the seventh minute from East Bengal player Alex Lima. During the match, Dimitrios of KBFC and Bengal FC player Ivan Gonzalez locked horns. Finally the referee had to intervene. Although Blasters FC was given a free-kick just before the half-time, the team couldn’t turn into a goal.
