Tied to a bed, hits in head with hammer, plunges knife into genitals after slitting throat; women killed brutally for human sacrifice

PATHANAMTHITTA: The two women were brutally killed for human sacrifice. Bhagawal Singh's wife Laila is reported to have committed both the murders. However, the police says that all three accused are equally involved in the murder.

Shihab aka Rasheed, who had created a fake Facebook account in the name Sreedevi, got acquainted with Bhagawal, a traditional therapist. Then he made Bhagawal believe that there is a Siddha named Rasheed in Perumbavoor and if he can satisfied him, then will be financial prosperity. Shihab also gave him a number. There are also reports that when Rasheed came to their house, he had sex with Bhagawal's wife in front of him. Rasheed had told the therapist that if he did this, he will be more prosperity. He added that sacrifice would bring more wealth and he would bring women for it.
