The documentary film is an attempt to express the philosophy of Sree Narayana Guru using Guru Muni Narayana Prasad’s life story. Guru Muni is currently the head of Narayana Gurukula, Varkala, Kerala.
The documentary titled "Guru Muni Being & Becoming", is written, and directed by London based Saleena Sadasivan, produced by Nitya Productions, in association with DarlyVision Productions on behalf of Narayana Gurukula, Kerala.
The documentary follows a young boy’s desire and his courage to fulfil that desire against the social patterns and practices. He faces struggles to find a meaningful way of life in a world in which all talk of purpose has become obscure.
The London premiere will take place at Stratford East Picturehouse in East London.
