‘You will suffer, God is with me’; Eldhose’ sends threat message to complainant from hiding place

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Perumbavoor MLA Eldhose Kunnappillil has sent a threat message to the complainant in the sexual abuse case. He threatened her via WhatsApp yesterday morning at 2.10 am from his hiding place. The message was sent to the number of the complainant’s female friend and the main witness in the case. The message said that she cheated him who did nothing wrong and the god whom he believes with give her a befitting reply.

‘Jesus Christ whom he believes will give her and her family an apt reply for cheating him. He said that he has faith in it. When the lust for money is over, think yourselves. He said that he will survive. God is with me,’ said his WhatsApp message.

Meantime, the complainant lodged a complaint with the district crime branch against Kovalam SHO Praiju for accepting bribe and trying to sabotage the case.
