Woman sends message to husband before suicide, bodies found early morning

MALAPPURAM: Family issues are behind the death of a woman and her two children at Chettiyamkinar in Kottakkal. Safva (26) and her two daughters Fathima Marseeha (4) and Mariam aged one were found dead early Thursday morning. Her husband Rashidali informed the death to the residents of the area.

Safva was found hanging in the bedroom. It is believed that she may have committed suicide after killing her children. Safva and her children slept in one room and Rashidali in another room. Relatives said there was a fight between the couple last night. Safva had sent a message to her husband early morning at 3 am saying that she is going to die. The couple got married five years back. Rashid who was working in the Gulf returned to the state six months back.
