Sharon murder case: Two accused to be produced in court today, police to file plea for Greeshma’s custody

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Sindhu, mother of Greeshma, accused in Sharon Raj murder case, and her brother Nirmal Kumar, will be produced in the court on Friday. The two will be produced in the Neyyattinkara Magistrate Court. Meantime, the police will file a plea to get the custody of Greeshma, who has been discharged from the medical college. The rural SP will forward the legal advice that it is better to shift the case to Tamil Nadu, to the DGP.

As the incident took place and the accused conspired in Tamil Nadu, the legal advice obtained was that the case should be transferred to Tamil Nadu. The DGP will hand over the report to the home secretary. District crime branch officer DySP Johnson, who investigated the case, has also been directed to appear in the court today.
