THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: More information has surfaced in the Parassala Sharon murder case. Greeshma, the main accused in the case, revealed to the investigation team that the juice challenge was planned to kill Sharon. She also testified that she tried to kill him several times by mixing poison in the juice. She confessed to the police during interrogation.

Since last August, every time they met, Greeshma used to give him soft drinks in the name of Juice Challenge. She used to carry juice for two. Sharon will be given the one with the colour difference. The relatives got the pictures of it from Sharon's phone. Following that, his relatives and friends suspect that juice and the ayurvedic medicine have a role in Sharon's death. However, Sharon had not told anyone about it.

When asked what the challenge is about, Greeshma used to reply that will tell him later. She had told him not to capture the pics of it. The police have also got the pictures. Sharon during his chat to Greeshma had told her that he vomited after drinking the juice. She started giving him the ayurvedic medicine (kashayam) after that. However, she told his relatives and friends that she had not given him poison and that nothing will happen after drinking the juice.

Meantime, Greeshma will be brought to her house in Ramavarmanchira today to collect evidence. The accused was granted in police custody for seven days. After strong arguments, the court granted the custody. When the prosecution demanded that Greeshma be granted custody for seven days, the defense lawyer opposed strongly.
