Kerala's first IMAX theatre to soon open at Lulu Mall in Thiruvananthapuram

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala's capital city will soon have its first IMAX theatre, which is the first in the state itself. PVR Cinemas has announced that a 12-screen Superplex will be launched soon at Lulu Mall in Aakkulam. These cinemas offer a great experience for those who want to watch movies in big screen with no loss in quality. PVR Cinemas informs that the Superplex will also have LUXE for those who want an executive movie experience along with IMAX and 4DX systems.

PVR Cinemas announced that the IMAX theatre will start operations on December 5. The Superplex was inaugurated in the presence of Chairman and MD Ajay Bijli, Joint MD Sanjeev Kumar Bijli and Lulu Group Chairman MA Yusuff Ali. Lulu's will be PVR Cinemas' fourth Superplex format theatre in the country. Currently, IMAX theatres are there in Delhi, Bangalore and Noida.
