‘You can't underestimate the best player in the world’, Ronaldo’s partner slams Portugal coach for decision to bench him again

Former Portugal's footballer Luis Figo has also slammed Santos' strategy. ‘You can't win a Football World Cup with Ronaldo on the bench’, stated the former captain. Now, Ronaldo’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez has also come out against the team coach.

Despite being severely criticised about his decision to bench Ronaldo, Santos said that he had no regrets. “The same team that had done really well against Switzerland in the last match was chosen as playing XI.
