kerala-police

The Thrissur police have rooted out a gang that smuggled a large quantity of deadly drugs including MDMA to Kerala. The investigation was not limited to the carriers and the investigation extended to other states as well. The investigation started when 196 grams was seized from Burhanuddin on May 13, 2022, a native of Chavakkad, during a vehicle inspection at Mannuthi. On interrogating him, information was obtained about Muhammad Babikkar Ali, a native of Sudan and Hassan, a native of Palestine.

In an investigation conducted further, both of them were arrested from Bangalore with 300 grams of MDMA. However, after knowing that their head was a Nigerian nicknamed Ken, the police set trap for him. The police had no other information about him other than the name Ken. The police went to Delhi and collected other information about him in a secret investigation conducted. He was later arrested from the Nigerian Colony in New Delhi. More information about the arrest was posted on the Facebook page of the police.
