DYFI leaders get drunk at bar amidst anti-drug campaign, disciplinary action taken

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two DYFI leaders have been suspended for consuming liquor at a bar amidst an anti-drug programme. Thiruvananthapuram district committee member Abhijith and Nemom area president Ashiq are the two suspended. Nemom DYFI area committee took action against the young leaders.

A decision has been taken to conduct an investigation on the complaints received against other two leaders. An investigation will be conducted against Manikuttan, area secretary and district committee member Nithin Raj for stealing Rs one lakh from the ambulance fund. This decision was taken by Thiruvananthapuram DYFI district committee meet.
