‘While shooting ‘Kaapa’, Prithviraj asked me to do one thing for the new gen kids’, reveals director Shaji Kailas, watch video

Prithviraj and Shaji Kailas have teamed up for ‘Kaapa’ after the success of ‘Kaduva’. The film was released on 22nd of this month. The film tells the story of the revenge between the quotation gangs that once roamed in Thiruvananthapuram city. Apart from Prithviraj, the film has a massive line-up including Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Anna Ben and Jagadish.

Now, director Shaji Kailas, screenwriter Jinu V Abraham and writer GR Indugopan have shared about the events that happened behind the scenes of the film in an interview with Kaumudy movies. “Today's kids only got the chance to watch old Shaji Kailas films on TV. Therefore, Prithviraj asked me to shoot 'Kaapa' in the style of the films I had directed in the past.”, said Shaji Kailas.
