PM Modi’s brother injured in car accident; severe damage in front portion of vehicle

MYSURU: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s brother Prahlad Modi and family was injured in a car accident near Mysuru in Karnataka around 2 pm on Tuesday. Prahlad Modi, wife, son, daughter-in-law and grandchild were inside the car. The accident occurred when the Mercedes Benz SUV they were traveling in hit a divider at Bandipura.

His convoy was also with him when the accident took place. It is reported that his grandchild suffered a fracture in his leg. The front of the car has been severely damaged in the incident. Prahlad Modi and family has been admitted to JS Hospital in Mysuru.
