Tharoor is a tharavadi Nair, capable of becoming PM, Chennithala behind defeat of Congress, says Sukumaran Nair

KOTTAYAM: NSS General Secretary G Sukumaran Nair said Congress leader Shashi Tharoor is capable to become the Prime Minister. In an interview to a media, he clarified that Tharoor is a tharavadi Nair.

Tharoor is capable to become the Prime Minister but what could be done if his colleagues will not let that happen. He asked who else has that much world experience as Tharoor.

Meantime, Sukumaran Nair criticized the Congress leadership. He asked if there is an opposition in Kerala. The congress lost the assembly polls because Ramesh Chennithala was projected as the chief minister. They would have won if Oommen Chandy was projected, opined Nair.

Sukumaran Nair said that he dislikes opposition leader VD Satheesan because he rejected the community. Satheesan often speaks rudely. Everyone is jealous of Nairs because we are a strong community though fewer in number
