Charge sheet against K Surendran is a conspiracy by Pinarayi govt, party can’t be destroyed by filing such fake cases, says BJP

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Union minister K Muralidharan said that charge sheet against BJP state president K Surendran is a conspiracy by the Pinarayi government. He said that the BJP can’t be destroyed by filing such fake cases against K Surendran. “The charge sheet has been filed the same day a CPM leader has been arrested for drug smuggling. This is to divert the media attention. Such cheap tactics will not be valued by the Kerala society.”, he said. He added that the move to target the state president using the Crime branch will be faced legally and politically.

BJP vice president P Ragunath said the BJP workers will not allow to attack K Surendran. He said that Pinarayi Vijayan aims to hunt down Surendran in a manner similar to the Sabarimala protests.
