kk

KOTTAYAM: Although more than a year has been left for Lok Sabha elections, the BJP and CPM have already started house visit campaigns to make people aware about the achievements of the government. But the Congress is still stuck in Shashi Tharoor controversy. CPM leaders visit homes with the pamphlet prepared by state secretary MV Govindan.

Along with describing the achievements, the leaders gather the opinion of the people about the government and gives an explanation for the criticisms. The BJP leaders have to visit houses and describe the achievements of the central government and also post a video with the duration of 30 seconds in their party group. A hashtag video should be taken thanking Prime Minister Modi (Thanks Modi) for the benefits the family received through various schemes of the central government.

It has been instructed that the leaders from the panchayat level should visit ten houses a day. The visits which start from January 12 will continue till 31st. While CPM and BJP leaders will continue house visits, the Congress hasn’t even thought about this. The Congress still remains stuck in controversies within the party.
