Boyfriend and ex-boyfriend broke into the house, underage girl jumps into a well to escape; youngsters arrested

MADYA PRADESH: Girl who was attacked by her boyfriend and ex-boyfriend jumps into a well to escape. The incident happened at Betul village in Madhya Pradesh. The girl who was rescued by the locals is underage and hospitalized.

The ex-boyfriend was provoked by the breakup and the girl not talking to him. He talked to the girl’s current boyfriend and both of them decided to talk to the girl and get clarity on their relationship status.

Following that, they gathered a group of people and reached the girl’s house with sticks and knives. The lovers broke into the house and attacked the girl and in an attempt to escape the girl ran outside and jumped into the well in the house premises. The witnesses rescued her and admitted her to the nearby hospital but she was shifted to the district hospital due to severe injuries.

The girl’s father has filed a complaint with the police. The boyfriend and ex-boyfriend were taken into custody by the police. Bordehi police have updated that their arrest has been registered and a detailed search for the people who accompanied them is going on.
