In support with the student protest; Fahadh Fazil backs the students of KR Narayanan film institute

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Fahadh Fazil backs the students protesting happening at KR Narayanan film institute. He said that he is on the side of the students and the problem started to resolve the moment the discussion started. Let the students be able to resolve the problem and continue with their studies soon, Fahad expressed. The actor was speaking in the press meet as part of the promotion of his new movie Thankam.

The movie has Biju Menon, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aparna Balamurali, and Girish Kulkarni as lead characters with actors from Marathi and Tamil industries also playing relevant characters. Produced by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan, Syam Pushkaran under Bhavana studios banner, 'Thankam' is directed by newcomer Saheed Arafath and written by Syam Pushkaran.

At the same time, the students have decided to go ahead with the protests. They had put forward 15 demands. The first one was removing Shankar Mohan from his position. Shankar Mohan resigned yesterday. The students said that they will have a meeting with the Higher Education Minister about the rest of the demands.
