Indigo opens new service from Trivandrum to Kolkata, air travelers benefited

TRIVANDRUM: Indigo airlines has kick-started a new one-stop daily air service from Trivandrum to Kolkata. The flight will take off at 1:40 pm from the domestic terminal in Trivandrum and will reach Kolkata via Chennai by 6 pm in the evening. The return flight will take off from Kolkata at 8:15 morning and will reach Trivandrum by 1:05 pm noon.

Earlier, the passengers in need to reach Kolkata from Trivandrum had to do an arduous journey of taking two separate flights. So, this introduction from Indigo is a saving grace to many air goers hassling between the two cities. The hitherto seven hours journey will be cut short to just four after this introduction. Indigo is also planning a non-stop air service from Trivandrum to Kolkata, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
