Gibin Gopinath fits well in police uniforms. The actor has donned quite some good roles in movies including Minnal Murali, Cold Case, and a handful. But don’t get taken away by the fact that the actor in real life plays the Police too. The police-turned-actor met with a dramatic incident that can best some scenes from recent movies he was part of. Gibin Gopinath works in the PMG control room. Due to lack of space in his home, it is usual that he parks his car on the front way of the road leading to his home. Like any normal day, Gibin took his two-wheeler to buy his daughter some chocolates. While on his return, the police in him got alerted as he found something suspicious. An autorickshaw was parked adjacent to his car, and to his shock, he saw another man inside his car. Gibin tried to be casual with the stranger who was just emerging with poise. The man was carrying the stereo from the car. Gibin asked the stranger's whereabouts and tried a casual convo with the unknown. Later in the questioning, the stranger admitted his mistake. The culprit was handed to the museum police station. Gibin with elation has shared the story on Facebook saying this was the first thief he has caught in his long 16 years at service.
