Youth accused in many cases arrested, arrives in bike with chilly powder, targets only women

KOCHI: A thief has been arrested on charges of theft. The thief identified as Ratheesh comes in a bike, throws chilly powder on the faces of women and then steals their chains. Ratheesh of Kalloor was arrsted by the Elamakkara police.

There is already a case against him for robbing women in Ponekara Mariamman Kovil area and Edappally Bypass Road after throwing chilli powder in their eyes. He was arrested while going with chilly powder to rob again.
