FLORIDA: India registered an easy against West Indies at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Florida, USA today in their first match post the ICC Cricket World Cup.
Virat Kohli won the toss and decided to bowl first. Indian bowlers enjoyed themselves as wickets keep tumbling for Windies. Navdeep Saini had a dream debut as he picked three wickets giving away just 17 runs in his four overs. West Indies managed to post 96-run target for India. For Windies, Kieron Pollard scored 49 runs to take his team to a fighting total on such wicket.
While chasing, India, too, had a shaky start as Dhawan fell early, and Rohit and Rishabh Pant followed. But the low total made the chase easy for India despite the team losing Kohli, Manish Pandey and Krunal Pandya.
