KOZHIKODE: It has been reported that an unauthorized resort is owned by P V Anwar MLA. It is clear from the panchayat documents that PVR Naturo resort of Koodaranji panchayat in Kozhikode has no permit. This was revealed by a private news channel. The resort is situated at 3000 ft above sea level. However, the panchayat has clarified that they have not given permit to the resort functioning in a seven-acre land.

There are 12 villas in this resort. It has also been alleged that these villas were sold by putting advertisement on the website. This resort is situated just three kilometres away from Anwar’s water theme park. Both the park and the resort sits in an ecologically sensitive area.
