NEW DELHI: CPM general secretary Sitaram Yechury has confirmed that he had received the sexual abuse complaint lodged by DYFI woman leader against Shoranur MLA P K Sasi. He also told the reporters that he has directed the state leadership to take further action on the complaint.

“Conducting an investigation is natural when a complaint is received. This is happening in Sasi’s case as well. The state leadership will take suitable action. I had given direction to the state leadership about this”, said Yechury.
