THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Finance Minister Thomas Isaac has come forward warning that petrol price in the state will cross Rs 90 within days. He has also called for making the national hartal observed by Congress on Monday a huge success. The hartal is also backed by CPM.

According to a report, some companies have already increased prices in line with various inflationary pressures such as spike in petrol and diesel prices. The hike in minimum support price (MSP) for farmers, and upwards movement in commodity prices will also lead to revision in MRP of some products, the report said.
