THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala said that Kerala should learn from Karnataka about the rehabilitation process following floods since the activities here are going on a slow rate while the Karnataka government did the process effectively. The Karnataka government is moving forward ensuring help from several central agencies. However, Kerala has appointed foreign agencies such as KPMG for the rehabilitation process. Conflicts have been originated among the ministers and they are not even able to hold a cabinet meet.

A pre-fabricated technology is being used in Karnataka for reconstruction of houses. Construction process is going on after showing them to residents in the camps. However, Kerala government has not even patched up minor damages of the roads. Rehabilitation process should be completed immediately, demanded Chennithala.
