KOCHI: Bishop Franco Mulackal, who is the accused in the nun rape case, will be questioned at Thrippunithura SP Office.

The questioning was shifted to Kochi for security seasons. The whole interrogation will be video-graphed. Five cameras have been installed in different corners in the room where the interrogation will take place.

The instruction given to the bishop is to be present before Vaikom DySP K Subhash at 9:30 am on Wednesday. However, the bishop has not contacted the investigation officer till now. There are hints that Franco reached Kottayam on Tuesday night.

The police have prepared about hundred questions and some sub questions. Striking contradictions in his answers can lead to his arrest.

In the beginning Vaikom DySP will ask questions in the presence District Police chief. In the second phase, district police chief and IG will question him.

The questioning may extend to more than one day.
