KOZHIKODE: BJP state president P S Sreedharan Pillai alleged that the state government backed from  implementing Ayushman Bharat in the state because the government fear that Modi will get the credit. He was talking to reporters at Kozhikode press club.

“At present, when we pay premium amount of Rs 1250, we are getting security for an amount of Rs 30,000. However, in Ayushman Bharat, when we pay a premium of Rs 1100, we will get medical benefits worth Rs 1100. The state finance minister alleges that Ayushman Bharat is a huge fraud since he is a fraud. If Kerala decides to opt out of the scheme, then BJP will go ahead with strong protests”, he said.
