NEW DELHI: When the Supreme Court order, allowing women of all ages to enter Sabarimala, is being hotly debated all over India, there is mixed response from persons who had moved the court over the issue.
Prerana Kumari, one of the petitioners, said that she regrets the decision to have approached the apex court, demanding entry for all women. Prerana Kumari finally said that she was with Justice Indu Malhotra, who had disapproved of the verdict.
But another petitioner Bhakthi Parseja said that he would be visiting Sabarimala soon. The above advocates and Indian Young Lawyers’ association representatives had approached the court in 2006.
