THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police have clarified that a sexual abuse case cannot be charged against P K Sasi MLA on the complaint raised by the DYFI woman leader. They have submitted a report pointing this to DGP Loknath Behra.

Case cannot be charged since the complainant has not given an official complaint to the police. The police had met her directly and even then she did not give a written complaint officially. Judicial direction is not to file a case if the woman has no complaint, states in the report.
