THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Devaswom board president A Padmakumar said that they will consider filing review petition in the Supreme Court against the verdict that allows women of all ages to enter Sabarimala. He told reporters that this matter will be discussed at the board meet on Wednesday.
“I have a personal opinion about the verdict. However, an arbitrary decision cannot be taken. Decision can be taken only after discussing the matter with the chief minister and tantri family. A 40% increase in the number of devotees is expected in this season following the verdict. The board has estimated that 100 acre land is required additionally for providing facilities for the devotees. This will be informed to the government”, said Padmakumar
