THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Malayalm TV programme Big Boss that had been a drawing room sensation in many homes for the past 100 days ended on Sunday. Sabumon who unexpectedly entered the Big Boss home was elected as the winner of Season I.
Sabumon had earned fame through the programme Tharikida. However, the interference he made in social media isolated him in the cinema field. After that he had a friction with TV host and hard core animal lover Rajini Haridas and Yuva Morcha woman leader Lasitha Palakkal on Facebook.
Malayalis were seeing Sabu after a long gap when the Big Boss started hundred days ago. It was unexpectedly that Mohanlal invited Sabu to the Big Boss.
When Sabumon reached the Big Boss, he was taken aback to see Ranjini Haridas and other stars. Though both found it difficult to break the ice, when Ranjini went out of the show, they had become good friends.
Malayalis soon came to understand that Sabu was a person who knew something on everything under the sun and had a clear stand of his own on various topics.
At last, Sabu piped his strong opponent Pearlie Mani, won a prize of more than Rs 1 core, and came out of the show as a good boy.
At the award ceremony, Sabumon was only happy to announce that the last 100 days were the days of transformation for him.
