THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM State Secretary Kodyeri Balakrishnan has given a piece of his mind to NSS (Nair Service Society), which has allegedly lined up its members behind the RSS for the agitation against the Sabarimala’s Supreme Court order.
In the article titled Randan Vimochana Samara Moham (second liberation struggle dreams) in the party mouthpiece, Kodyeri warns the NSS, asking them to realise the danger in joining hands with the RSS.
“The BJP which could not open its account in the earlier Lok Sabha elections are triggering religious sentiments in the name of Ayyappa in order to open the account. The Congress is also instilling strength to this political mission of the BJP-RSS but the NSS is not realising this.
When the NSS is gathering people for ‘Namajapa’ procession, it comes under the control of BJP-RSS leaders. The BJP and RSS take political mileage out of the NSS stand for protecting tradition. Through this, they will soon bring NSS karayogams under its control,” he says.
