THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of his preparations for Lok Sabha elections in Kerala, BJP State chief Amit Shah will arrive here on October 27. According to sources, the BJP eyes minimum four seats and it will chart its poll strategy accordingly.
If Kerala fails to get any seat, the Central leadership will think of an overhaul of the State unit of the party.
Shah will also take part in various programmes in the State including the Kannur district committee office inauguration.
Amit Shah will hold talks with seniors RSS leaders including the ones who are sulking post removal of Kummanam Rajasekharan from the State chief’s post.
The BJP had already asked the State leadership to turn the current Sabarimala issue into its favour. There are also instructions from the Central leadership to lure dissident Left and Right leaders to the BJP.
