THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has cancelled the trip of 17 ministers to foreign countries for raising fund towards rebuilding flood-hit Kerala. The decision followed the denial of the Centre to grant them permission to travel abroad.

The Centre also rejected the application given by the chief secretary demanding the same.
