THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Devaswom minister Kadakampally Surendran alleged that an attempt was made to cause a communal riot at Sabarimala. “I intervened in the issue after I came to know about this. A conspiracy has been made to ignite a riot at Sabarimala”, Kadakampally said.

“No one opposed the women from entering the temple until they reached Sannidhanam. A conspiracy was made to cause riots all over the state if they step on the eighteen steps. The government do not have to stand together with those who wants to create a bloodshed in the state”, he added.
