THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Political observer advocate Jayashankar has come forward with his response about the complaint lodged by Saritha Nair against Oommen Chandy and K C Venugopal. He said that the case has come up again as a great help for Pinarayi government after the salary challenge and brewery challenge failed. FIR against Oommen Chandy and K C Venugopal was registered for committing sexual abuse and forcing unnatural sex.

"The Congress cannot take a different stand in the Oommen Chandy issue as they had sought resignation from M J Akbar following the #MeToo allegations. They should seek resignation from Oommen Chandy and K C Venugopal as both of them are members of AICC working committee. Oommen Chandy may have to resign his post as the AICC general secretary. Kerala is going to survive with comrade Saritha and she is going to file more complaints against several leaders including Aryadan Muhammed and Hibi Eden", mocked Jayashankar.
