THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala said that the remark made by BJP state chairman Sreedharan Pillai that the state government should pass a resolution against the Supreme Court verdict. Central government is responsible for establishing a law and Kerala BJP should pressurize the centre for this, he said.

"BJP has forgotten the constitution. Sreedharan Pillai says that the state should pass a resolution on the basis of Article 252 to implement a separate law. This is not true. This article refers to incidents that are related to more than one states. Sabarimala is Kerala's issue. Therefore BJP's argument is wrong. The government is responsible for every problem that has been occurring in Sabarimala. The police is not taking actions properly. The government should not disgrace ministers and Panthalam royal family", demanded Chennithala.
