SABARIMALA: BJP-Sangh Parivar organizations have strengthened resistance after several policemen were deployed at Sannidhanam to implement women entry to the Sabarimala temple. The temple will be closed at 10 pm on Monday. As per the reports, about 2000 men are present at Sannidhanam to block women from entering the temple. The police are trying to move them away. The protesters, however, has decided to strengthen their protest even if the police stand in the way. The government think that if they fail to bring a woman to the temple, people will see it as a success of Sangh Parivar over left parties.

More policemen have been deployed at Sannidhanam on Monday morning under the leadership of several DySPs and SPs. BJP state general secretary K Surendran, former spokesperson V V Rajesh, Scheduled Caste Morcha state president V Sudheer, Sabarimala Karma Committee president V Chidanandapuri, Ayyappa Seva Samajam state president swami Ayyappadas and Vishwa Hindu Parishath state president SJR Kumar are present at Sannidhanam. More police force were depolyed due to this.

Panthalam royal family offer 'poojas' on Monday. Sasikumar Varma, representative of the royal family is also present at Sannidhanam. If rituals are violated, the royal family may instruct the priest to close the temple.
