PAMBA: Following rumours that before Tulam pooja ended a woman dressed up as man endered the Sabarimala temple, the protestors formed human chain around Sannidhanam.

The rumour was triggered by some person who said that he saw a woman running up the 18 stps clandestinely

Later the police convinced the protestors that it was just rumours.

The news spread by around 8 pm. Soon after this about 2000 protestors holding their hands among one another, encircled the Sannidhanam. The police intervened and told them that women won't be able to bypass so much security and reach Sannidhanam.

Later, protestors dispersed after getting assuarance from the police that they would comb the area to find out if the information was true.
