KOCHI: The BSNL has transferred its employee Rehna Fathima, who stoked a controversy recently after she tried to enter Sabarimala temple, to Palarivattom.

Kochi-resident Rehna had been working as a telephone mechanic in Kochi boat jetty branch. She was transferred to Ravipuram on Monday, according to reports.

Taking the BSNL action in a lighter vein, she said on her Facebook post soon after that she got transferred to a branch near her house due to Ayyappa’s blessings.

However, today (Tuesday) she was informed that she was being transferred to Palarivattom BSNL exchange in Kochi. She was also asked to report for duty on the same day itself.
