THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala police has decided to impose certain controls at Sannidhanam since several clashes occurred at Sabarimala related with women entry. The police has directed that the deotees will not be allowed to stay at Sannidhanam for more than one day. The high officials' meet led by DGP has also directed to strengthen the investigation in the cases registered in connection with the clashes at Sabarimala.

It has been deduced that the clashes occurred because several people stayed back at Sannidhanam to create problems. The new controls are being implemented on the backdrop of this. The police have also demanded that the board or any other organizations should not allow anyone to stay at Sannidhanam for more than one day.

The cases in connection with the clashes will be investigated. Strict action will be taken against those who spread false messages through social media. The meet has also evaluated that no more women police officers should be deployed at Pampa. 146 cases have been registered in several districts in connection with Sabarimala women entry. Special teams will be formed to investigate these cases.
