THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chairman of the Kerala Administrative Reforms Commission V S Achuthanandan has approached the high court against the delay in investigating the bar scam. He moved the court following the vigilance special court verdict which annouced that a special permit is required for further investigation. V S argues that his move is on the basis of the earlier verdict for amending the anti-corruption laws and he says that a special permit is not required for further investigation.
