KOCHI: V T Balram MLA has come forward saying that his personal opinion on Sabarimala issue is that women of all ages should be allowed to enter the temple.

"However, the Congress party has taken such a stand in the issue after considering the emotions of Ayyappa devotees and I understand that it is the constitutional responsibility of Congress. Congress also has the responsibility to reveal the intentions of CPM and Sangh Parivar in the issue. However, Congress does not have to be the bearers of Brahmaniam and worshippers of aristocracy. Leaders should not forget that Congress is a party of the great Indira Gandhi who had ended the privy purse system by throwing away all the covenants. Our leader is Rahul Gandhi, not Rahul Easwer", said V T Balram.
