KOCHI: Kerala police is preparing to arrest Rahul Easwer immediately, following his remarks that he had plans to shed blood in Sabarimala if any women enter the temple. Earlier, it was decided to issue a summons to Rahul Easwer, however, now it has been decided to register his arrest immediately. It has been hinted information regarding this was passed on to Pathanamthitta police.

Rahul has been imposed of a non-bailable offense on the basis of the complaint filed by Pramod in Ernakulam. He has been charged under IPC 117,153 and 118 E. Rahul’s controversial remark was during the press meet in Ernakulam press club. He had revealed about a plan B and plan C in connection with the Sabarimala protests. Later, he withdrew the statement following backlash.

The case was registered after discussing with DGP Loknath Behra when the complaint was lodged on Friday. Central CI Ananth Lal is in charge of the investigation.
