NEW DELHI: Attorney General K K Venugopal has pulled himself out from the contempt of court case over Sabarimala women entry. It has been reported that this decision was taken as he was the devaswom board advocate prior to taking charge as the attorney general. The case has been charged against BJP state president P S Sreedharan Pillai, tantri Kandararu Rajeevaru, Panthalam royal family member Rama Raja Varma, actor Kollam Thulasi and BJP leader Muraleedharan Unnithan. The Solicitor General is appointed for taking a decision regarding the issue.
