THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Writer Lakshmi Rajeev said that Chithira Aatta Thirunal is a violation of rituals. "This was specially introduced to honour the last king of Trivandrum and to give the temple rights to the upper-caste people. Sabarimala is a dalit temple and Chithira Thirunal has passed away. Then why is the devaswom board observing such unnecessary rituals?', said Lakshmi Rajeev in her Facebook post.
